  • To add / subtract decimals follow these simple steps:

    Add zeroes in the decimal part of the given decimals so that each decimal has same number of decimal places.

  • Place the decimals one under the other such that the decimal points must always be on the same line down the page.

  • Add / Subtract the decimals in the same way as ordinary numbers.
