Topic: Multiplication Properties

  • Commutative Property of Multiplication states that the order of the factors does not affect the product. For example: 2 x 3 = 6 and 3 x 2 = 6

  • Identity Property of Multiplication states that the product of 1 and a number is the number. For example: 1 x 5 = 5

  • Zero Property of Multiplication states that the product of 0 and a number is zero. For example: 0 x 5 = 0
